The latest introduction includes enhanced utility features with the addition of an intelligent resolution function and paper double-feed detection, a redesigned software interface for the Mac OS® X v10.5 Leopard, enhanced business card scanning and faster scanning speeds. Equipped with a new design, the scanner boasts speeds of 20 pages per minute (ppm) for single sided documents and 40 images per minute (ipm) for double-sided documents. Furthermore, the ScanSnap S1500M comes bundled with Adobe® Acrobat® 8 Professional to provide flexible editing features and enable advanced collaboration.
