Its maximum black and color resolution prints at 2400 x 1200 dpi. Thus, you get rich, brilliant colors from print to print, regardless of ink levels or printhead usage. The precise ink placement technology of the DesignJet 30 ensures crisp, sharp lines and text. Combined with HP's color layering technology creating smooth color transitions and photo-quality results, only the real thing would look better.The DesignJet is prepared to print right out of the box. Plus, HP's high-capacity No. 84 and 85 ink cartridges and printheads contain smart chips identifying low ink levels and worn printheads. In the end it means fewer changes in supplies, more unattended printing and a lower cost of ownership. Easily install the DesignJet's drivers and operate its control panel. Changes to the ink set take less than one minute and media is simple to load and automatically align.The DesignJet 30 provides a number of other productive features including flexible connectivity. USB 2.0 and Parallel ports give you great speed and its JetDirect LAN card provides workgroup printing.
